City to be presented with trophy after final game

Manchester City will be presented with the Women’s Super League trophy after they take on West Ham on the final day of the season.

City were crowned champions with a game to spare after Arsenal were held to a draw by Brighton earlier this month.

The Londoners are currently second, but defeat at Liverpool could see Chelsea move above them with a win against Manchester United.
