Munster and Ireland prop Oli Jager has announced his immediate retirement from professional rugby on medical grounds.
The 29-year-old made 35 appearances for Munster after joining from the Crusaders in 2023 and earned his first Ireland cap against Wales during the 2024 Six Nations.
Jager said it was “with a very heavy heart” that he was stepping away from the game, describing his 10-year professional career as “nothing short of a privilege.”
