Ringmahon Rangers have had their appeal against a five-year ban from the FAI Cup rejected.
The Cork club were handed the sanction, and fined €5,000, for failing to fulfil a second-round fixture against Bohemians earlier this month.
They have also been banned from the FAI Intermediate Cup for three years.
