The Republic of Ireland’s controversial Nations League fixture against Israel is due to go ahead in Hungary later today.
The game has faced sustained calls to be cancelled from supporters’ groups, Irish sportspeople and opposition politicians.
Its staging was thrown into further doubt yesterday, before a significant majority of the Ireland squad voted to fulfil the fixture.

Goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu has withdrawn from the Israel games, having told the squad he did not want to take part.
Elsewhere today, Austria and Kosovo go head to head, looking to maintain their winning starts over Israel and Ireland respectively.
