Arsenal have cemented their long-standing relationship with Emirates, announcing a new deal that extends their partnership until 2033.
The agreement ensures the airline will continue as the club’s prominent front-of-shirt sponsor, alongside retaining its training kit and stadium naming rights.
While financial specifics of the extended agreement were not disclosed, the deal prolongs a collaboration that began two decades ago in 2006, coinciding with the club’s move to the Emirates Stadium.
This renewal arrives at a significant juncture for the north London club, following a highly successful season in 2025-26 that saw the Gunners end their 22-year wait to win the Premier League title.
Richard Garlick, Arsenal’s Chief Executive, expressed the club’s pride, stating: “Winning the Premier League is an incredibly proud moment in our club’s history and one that belongs to everyone connected with Arsenal.”
He added: “Emirates has been an integral part of this success, standing alongside us throughout this journey and sharing in the defining moments, challenges and successes that have shaped our club over the past two decades.”
The extended partnership also guarantees the continuation of initiatives such as the Emirates Cup, with Arsenal scheduled to host Borussia Dortmund in this year’s tournament on Sunday.
To mark two decades of their alliance, Arsenal and Emirates are also set to release a promotional film, featuring former defender Per Mertesacker, celebrating key moments from their enduring relationship.
Arsenal did suffer a pre-season setback on Wednesday as they were beaten 3-1 by Real Betis in a friendly at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
Mikel Arteta’s side were punished for a sloppy defensive display as they received a wake-up call ahead of the new Premier League season getting underway in just over two weeks’ time.
However, Arsenal are closing in on signing Newcastle captain Bruno Guimaraes for £75 million, and they have already added winger Christos Tzolis to their squad this summer.
The club have also been linked with Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr, but the Brazilian winger is now expected to sign a new contract with the Spanish giants after being offered improved terms.
Arsenal will begin their Premier League campaign at home to Coventry on 21 August.
