Kerry’s Mary Ellen Bolger is one of the nominees for the 2026 ZuCar Golden Glove award.
The accolade, introduced in 2021 to acknowledge goalkeeping excellence during the TG4 All-Ireland Championships, will be presented to the goalkeeper who wins the popular vote at the LGFA’s website.
Bolger is on the shortlist for her excellent close-range save to keep out Galway’s Kate Slevin in the All-Ireland final.

The other nominees are Carlow’s Nicole Hanley, London’s Grace Amos, Roscommon’s Helena Cummins, and Tipperary’s Lauren Fitzpatrick.
Voting closes at 5pm on Wednesday August 26th.
