Brighton have smashed their transfer record by agreeing a 50-million pound deal for Spurs defender Luka Vuskovic
The 19-year old Croatian has joined on a 5-year deal with the option of a further 12-months.
He played on loan at Hamburg last season where he won Rookie of the Season and was named in the Bundesliga Team of the Year.
