Chelsea have been fined 10-million pounds for breaching rules on payments to agents between 2009 and 2022.
Owners Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital self-reported 74 breaches of Football Association laws after buying the club.
Chelsea said 47-million pounds of secret payments were made to unregistered agents and third parties.

The club have also been given a suspended ban on registering new players for 2 transfer windows.
