It’s heartbreak for Leinster in Bilbao this afternoon, as they suffered a fifth consecutive loss in a Champions Cup final.
They were defeated by Bordeaux Begles 41-19, who made it back-to-back wins in the competition.
The Blues trailed by four tries at the break, and weren’t able to recover from the early onslaught from their French opponents despite a much improved second half.
