John Higgins has booked his place in the next round of the World Championships.
The Scot defeated seven-time champion Ronnie O’Sullivan 13 frames to 12 at the Crucible, despite trailing heading into this afternoon’s session.
He’ll now face one of Neil Robertson or Chris Wakelin in the quarter finals – with that pair due to resume from 7 this evening.
