Gianni Infantino has confirmed he’ll stand for re-election as FIFA president in March.
He’s been under pressure to resign from the position after facing intense backlash for his plans to sell stakes in tournaments including the World Cup.
Candidates who want to challenge Infantino must declare their intention to stand in the election by November the 18th.
