Republic of Ireland manager Carla Ward says her side must continue improving if they are to beat Poland again.

The Girls in Green secured their first win of their World Cup qualifying campaign with a 3-2 victory in Gdansk.

That result leaves them third in the group ahead of Saturday’s return fixture at the Aviva Stadium.
