Tomás O’Sé’s side now set up a final meeting with defending champions Tyrone, who edged Kildare by 2-12 to 13 points in Breffni Park.
Speaking after the game, Kerry manager Tomás O’Sé admitted he was disappointed with how his side allowed Roscommon back into the contest before eventually pulling clear in extra-time.
