Tour de France winner Tadej Pogacar will compete in this month’s Tour of Spain – the only Grand Tour cycling event he has not won.
The Slovenian’s been champion five times in France – including last month – and two years ago in the Giro d’Italia.
The Vuelta begins in Monaco in three weeks.
