Arne Slot has said goodbye to Liverpool in an open letter – after being dismissed as head-coach.
The Dutchman has called last year’s Premier League win ‘beyond special’, and says the way the club and city honoured the late Diogo Jota will ‘stay’ with him ‘forever.’
He also says he’s proud to leave Liverpool ‘exactly where it belongs – amongst Europe’s elite’.
