Paul Stirling is set to return as captain of the Ireland O-D-I team after returning from injury.
The upcoming series against Afghanistan will see Ireland play five matches against the Tourists.
It’s the first series as Head Coach for former Ireland captain, Gary Wilson who has named a 14-man squad.
