Donald Trump went golfing as Joe Biden was announced as president-elect.
While Biden surpassed 270 electoral college votes by winning Pennsylvania, Trump refused to concede the presidential election to Joe Biden, saying the race is “far from over” and promising an intense legal fight.

Trump sparks confusion after announcing press conference at small landscaping firm
Donald Trump has sparked confusion after announcing three times on Twitter that there will be a “big press conference” held in Philadelphia — he just couldn’t decide on where.
“Lawyers Press Conference at Four Seasons, Philadelphia. 11:00 A.M.” the president tweeted on Saturday morning, apparently in reference to the four-star hotel in the centre of the city.
Mr Trump quickly corrected his mistake, following up the first tweet with: “Four Season’s Landscaping!”, then another which read: “Big press conference today in Philadelphia at Four Seasons Total Landscaping — 11:30am!”
Minutes later, he sent a fourth tweet, saying: “Lawyer’s Press Conference at Four Season’s Landscaping, Philadelphia. Enjoy!

Trump refuses to concede after Biden wins 2020 election
Donald Trump is refusing to concede the presidential election to Joe Biden even after the Associated Press, and every US television news network, declared him the president-elect, saying the race is “far from over” and promising an intense legal fight.
“The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor,” the president said in a statement, released by his campaign.
The Independent’s Washington Bureau Chief John T. Bennett reports.
