Aston Villa boss Unai Emery criticised the V-A-R official after their 1-nil defeat at Nottingham Forest in the first leg of their Europa League semi final.
He felt Elliot Anderson should’ve been sent off for a high challenge on Ollie Watkins, but there was only a brief review and no action taken.
Forest later won the game through a VAR awarded penalty, which Emery accepted – but he was furious the earlier incident wasn’t punished.
