West Ham are heading for the Championship despite winning 3-nil against Leeds on the final day of the Premier League season.

They were relegated after London rivals Tottenham held on to beat Everton 1-nil.

Sunderland’s 2-1 victory over Chelsea means they’ve joined Bournemouth in the Europa League.

Brighton will go into the Conference League after losing 3-nil at home to Manchester United.

Manchester City’s final game under Pep Guardiola ended in a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa, while champions Arsenal were 2-1 winners at Crystal Palace before picking up the trophy.

Mo Salah said goodbye to Anfield as Liverpool drew 1-all with Brentford, while it was the same score in Bournemouth’s game at Nottingham Forest.

It also finished 1-all between Burnley and Wolves – who’d both already been relegated.

Fulham beat Newcastle 2-nil.

Bolton have won promotion to the Championship after a 4-1 victory over Stockport County in the League One play-off final.

Ruben Rodrigues scored twice while Kyle Wootton and Sam Dalby were also on the scoresheet at Wembley.

It’s the first time since 2019 Bolton will be in the second tier.
