Mercy Mounthawk golfer Lucy Grattan went back-to-back in the All-Ireland Schools as she claimed the Senior Girls trophy at Lucan.
The 18-year-old from Tralee was the first player to win the new individual crown last year, when she finished ahead of Ella Cantwell and Ella Proctor.
Leona and Lisa Maguire are still out in front, having won three titles with Loreto College Cavan between 2008 and 2010, but Grattan has now replicated Olivia Costello’s heroics with Convent of Mercy from 2023 and 2024.
She finished on two-under par and on 38 stableford points, Isobel Byrne (St Mary’s College) was back on four-over with 32 points, alongside Ella Cantwell (Killina Presentation Secondary School).
“I got off to a bit of a rough start, a double on the second but I holed a great few putts so I was very happy,” said Grattan.
“My putting was really, really good. My pace and my lines were very good and my course management was really good as well.
“I’m really proud and I’m delighted to represent my school.”
