LIV Golf has cancelled its season ending Team Championship in Michigan as it prepares for a major overhaul ahead of the 2027 campaign.
This week’s event in Indianapolis will now bring the campaign to a close.
LIV says the move will allow it to focus on plans for the future following the withdrawal of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund as its main financial backer.

Stuart Grehan will be Ireland’s only representative at next month’s Walker Cup.
The Louth native is included in the team for the event at Lahinch, with Thomas Higgins and David Howard in reserve.

Grehan claimed the R-and-A’s Amateur Championship at Royal Liverpool in June.
