The Republic of Ireland’s pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow’s Nations League game against Israel has been postponed.
Manager Heimir Hallgrimsson and a member of the squad were set to perform their media duties in Debrecen this morning as the Boys in Green prepare for the highly controversial fixture.
However, a communication from the FAI media officer confirmed the news to the assembled members of the media that nobody from the Irish camp would be available for comment.

The postponement comes in the wake of reports that a team meeting regarding the squad’s stance ahead of the game did not end in a collective resolution.
